Hello and welcome. Before you start to read, play this song:

Ready? Okay, go here to see the first photos of the Mach 5 built for next year’s Speed Racer. SQUEAL!

Since we’re taking about media, let me point you to some fun video and audio files:

Jason went to Canada and came back as a water droplet.

Like your squirrels drunk? For Your Entertainment has a gift for you.

Mr. Fabulous — at a loss for anything else — came up with his Masturbate Theater. It’s intense, but there are some twisted and insanely hilarious spurts of humor.

And the best is this collection of Star Wars video clips and toys. Check out the Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru Smouldering Corpes action figures!

Craig at Puntabulous ponders his generations’ work ethic and from the article he quoted, it sounds like it pompous. Kisses!

David Hyde Pierce is gay?? That’s as surprising as Charles Nelson Reilly. Miss you, Charles.

Spencer found out that Regal Entertainment is releasing a tool to those who like to watch their movies without someone talking on the phone.

Diesel has a talk with the Class Of ‘07.

I sent Andy at the Spicy Cauldron some questions in that interview meme and he went above and beyond the required writing. At least, I enjoyed it because it included a story starring me!

And finally, Hayes wins a badge of courage for the first part of his story of coming out in a conservative college.

Thank ye kind friend for the appreciation, and nice to see Hayes’ candour noted in your round-up this week. I, too, really enjoyed that piece. x

  2. Dan Says:

“Yeah, Charles Nelson Reilly, he’s our man,
He can’t heal the sick with the touch of his hand,
    He can’t walk on water, can’t make wine flow;
Just another greedy actor on the late late show!”

  3. Andy Says:

*snigger* I don’t know who he is but the cheerleader routine is funny, Dan! x

  4. hdw Says:

    Wow.

Thanks for putting up Hayes’ story! I hadn’t made it through my weekly readings of blogs yet.

PS Missed you last night, but … Your boyfriend outdid himself last night with the food, btw. He’s a keeper!

  5. Craig Says:

I wasn’t pondering my generation’s work ethic, I already know how amazing it is! :-)

  6. Daveman Says:

SPEED RACER!? A Moobie? Hotdogs! Thats gotta be cool.
Charles Nelson Reilly, was a favorite comedian of mine. I recall he entertained thousands of children with his appearances on Saturday Morning serials and voice overs in numerous cartoons. The man was unique. he will be missed.

  7. Howard Says:

    Andy:
    You’re welcome, sir.

    Dan:
Thanks for letting me know that was the Dead Milkman.

    HDW:
Yeah, he’s a sweetheart. I saw the pictures on Kath’s blog. Everyone looked like they had fun.

    Craig:
    That’s because you’re a smartie everyday!

    Daveman:
Oh, yeah! I can’t wait. It’s one of my favorite shows. I just hope they still talk a million miles an hour to get in all the exposition.
