Another Kudo For The Blog

I received an email from numly.com that I’m their Author Of The Week, which is very cool. Thank you so much, guys.

Numly.com is an easy way to help with copyrighting your blog postings or bascially anything digital. Andy at the Spicy Cauldron turned me onto the site and now have ESN’s for many of the posts here. The service is a nice way to help protect your virtual property.

That’s excellent news and well deserved! I think the folks at numly like regular posters so they can showcase the fact that their system of proving copyright works, which it does and very well. I’m certainly happy with it. They need more publicity - I’m surprised bloggers haven’t embraced this wholesale. x

Well, the thing with Numly is that the protection is not tangible. People want a thing. Until someone tries to sue someone else and wins the case because of numbly, I don’t think many will be using the service.

I also noticed that there is some approval/disapproval rating thing on their site and it looks like, quite literally, that someone went in and disapproved every single one of my posts on their site and then someone else went in an approved all of them. I don’t understand why it’s even there frankly.

I wish people would just let me know — constructively — what problem they had with whatever post they read so I can in turn ignore them because this is MY site, damit! :)
